The boy and girl duo attracts me ever since last year in Youtube long before their “Crash Your Party” and “Brokenhearted” became mainstream not just in the US but influenced most of us in Malaysia as well. And right now they are bringing back what they are good at, ACAPELLA!
Pop duo Karmin premiered on Monday morning (June 10) their
brand new single "Acapella", the official first cut from Amy and
Nick's upcoming full-length debut album due in stores later in 2013 via Epic
Records. The duo's last year's "Hello" EP - which spawned the hits
"Brokenhearted", and the title track "Hello" - entered the
Top 20 on the Billboard Top 200. For this new era, Karmin are bringing a new
sound and enters back the fast rapping chick for a fresh, summer beat.
"All the harmony
went fallin' out of key," Karmin lament in "Acapella," the duo's
new ode to independence born from disappointment. For the lead single off
Karmin's as-yet-untitled forthcoming new album, Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan turn
their signature mix of electro-pop and rap into an aggressive, thumping
kiss-off, with shout-outs to Olive Garden and gluten-free living. So what do
you do when your rich boyfriend isn't all he's cracked up to be? You hit it
solo.”
How was it? Do leave a comment, it gets pretty boring in here talking all by myself.
